Interstate is owned under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The plan rewards eligible employees for long and loyal service by providing them with retirement benefits. We realize the success of the firm is dependent upon the successful completion of each and every project. By allowing employee participation in the business structure, we feel that job performance and efficiencies are enhanced which in turn also contributes to success for our clients.

Projects are staffed from the Interstate office with the closest proximity to the site. However, we may also utilize individuals from our other branch offices should we feel their unique talents and experience will assist in providing a quality and responsive project.

During the construction season, the firm staffs approximately 130 employees throughout its’ eight offices. Of that number, a core staff, averaging 100, is available and serving clients year-round.
